Sunrain Successfully Passes the “Golden Sun Certificate” Annual Audit
From February 12 to 13, 2009, China General Certification Center expert group implemented the 2009 “Golden Sun Certificate” annual audit for Sunrain Group.
The related departments, including Manufacture, QA, R&D, Purchasing, Administration and Sales Department all participate in the whole audit procedures and the audit process went very well.
“Golden Sun Certificate” is China top brand national quality certificate for solar water heaters. At present, only CGC qualify for the certificate. Sunrain Company is the first among the line that has got the certificate, also get permission to stick “CGC-SOLAR” logo on the certified products.
So all the consumers can feel guaranteed to buy and use the solar water heater in accordance with “Golden Sun standard”.

Sunrain won the award "Special Achievement in Earthquake Relief"
The 8th General Meeting of Jiangsu Red Cross was held in Nanjing, Dec. 29, 2008. Sunrain won the award "Special Achievement In Earthquake Relief" at the meeting. This is the honor which was awarded by society once again after awarded "Loving-care Enterprise in Earthquake Relief" to Sunrain. There were many leaders attended the meeting, such as Peng Peiyun, president of China Red Cross; Liang Baohua, Secretary of Jiangsu Provincial Party committee and Honorary President of Jiangsu Red Cross; and Luo Zhijun, governor of Jiangsu Province. Sunrain's Deputy General Manager Chen Ronghua attended the meeting and received the award.
Sunrain donated 1 million RMB in Sichuan earthquake disaster relief work. In later time, Sunrain donated much money and goods many times, 2.9 million RMB in total. Business managers in oversea world of Sunrain also donated 573 thousand RMB. Sunrain's chairman Xu Xinjian took 24 Sunrain's volunteers and 500 thousand goods to Sichuan disaster place on May 24, 2008. They overcame lots of difficulties and built many solar water heater bath rooms at some villages and towns in Sichuan Province. This activity solves the difficulty on bathing in earthquake disaster place. And, solar water heater bath room in Taiping Town, Jiangyou City is the first solar bath room in earthquake place.
Sunrain's activity in Sichuan earthquake disaster relief work aroused concern among top-classic media.? Media such as CCTV News reported Sunrain's activity, and it results great effect in society. 28th Oct 08 Sunrain Won the Highest International Quality Award After gained "China well-known trademarks", and has become the first one gathers such honors as ?"China Famous Brand", "China Top Brand, "Inspection Exemption", "Export No.1" and "The Only Partner of Paralympics Cheering Group" in solar energy industry, recently Sunrain has been designated to receive the highest international quality award--"International Quality Star"issued by BID (Business Initiative Directions), becoming the only one gained this award in China solar energy industry. The award presentation ceremony took place in Geneva, in Switzerland, on Oct. 27th, 2008.
It is reported that BID is an international authority organization of the quality evaluation and has issued the highest international quality award for 30 years. The award-winning enterprises are about 166 countries and regions. Award qualifications are very harsh. There is a selection committee composed by world-renowned economists, quality control experts and scholars who make a strict examination on enterprises in 12 aspects such as "quality control", "customer satisfaction", "industry leading", "technical", "business reputation" and "total quality management" and so on. Enterprise can be awarded only when all aspects pass the examination. American GE, Coca-Cola, China's Gree Electric, and other well-known global enterprises have also passed the examination and won the award.
