Sunrain attended“Sunrain night—charitable evening banquet” in Diaoyutai State Guesthouse
Sunrain charitable evening banquet was held in Beijing Diaoyutai State Guesthouse on Oct. 28,2009. Members of JingHuaMingShi Club, Enterprise Golf Club, Stars Commonweal Badminton Club were present at the banquet.

Following the night of April 24, 2009, President Xu Xinjian, whose name was on the China Charity list of Good Deeds around the world, obtained the hand model for the public benefit with 2.07 million RMB auction fee during the activity of the Stars' Charity Dinner and also resolutely committed himself to contributing 10 million RMB to set up the public charitable fund on the spot.

In the morning of Oct. 28, with the approval of China ministry of Civil Affairs, the lauching ceremony of the establishment of Sunrain Public Charitable Fund of China social work association was held in the Great Hall of the People. Various people from government departments, companies and the media merrily gathered and common witnessed the naissance of Sunrain public charitable fund. The fund will be applied in the reconstruction of sichuan, the new rural communities construction and the tuition assistance, which can promote Sunrain's public affairs in the professional and organized direction.

President Xu Xinjian was present at start publication ceremony of China Energy Report and called for more support on solar industry
Start publication ceremony of China Energy Report, which is hosted by China Daily and is the authoritative energy newspaper in China, is held in Great Hall of the People on Jun.1, 2009. Zhang Yannong, chief of China Daily, Zhang Guobao, vice-chairman of National Development and Reform Commission, Li Dongdong, vice-chairman of National News Press, and other 300 honored guests were present at ceremony. President Xu Xinjian was present at ceremony and spoke for new energy industry. President Xu Xinjian expressed congratulations on start publication of China Energy Report, and he said that under this energy demand background, China Energy Report would play an important role in the future.
Later, in the speech President Mr. Xu Xinjian introduced that solar thermal industry has done great contributions on energy saving and emission reduction, employment promotion, new countryside construction and so on. He pointed that solar thermal usage has been proved to be one of the clean energies suitable for our countryside and plays an important role. Meanwhile, solar thermal usage has a bright future in application of industry and agriculture, heating and cooling and so on.
At last president Mr. Xu Xinjian called for the governments, media and all walks of society to offer more concern and support to solar thermal industry so that it can develop better and faster.
